We integrate with Stripe to manage payouts securely. Talents can set up their payout accounts inside their Dashboard settings. When a contract starts, the client funds are placed in escrow and released to your connected account upon successful review.

Yes. You have full control over your profile. Log into your Dashboard at any time to add new portfolio items, update rates, edit your bio descriptions, configure notifications, and check active project statuses.

You can search for creators in specific categories (e.g. Photographers) using the search bar on the homepage, or post your project via the "Post a Project" button. Talents will submit proposals directly to your dashboard, and you can chat with them before starting a contract.

Yes. Every talent profile goes through a moderation phase where our team checks portfolio authenticity, creative history, and quality of work. We also display indicators on profiles that have been fully verified.

When you accept a talent's proposal and fund a contract, the payment is securely locked in escrow. The talent is notified and starts working. The funds are only transferred to the talent's bank account after you verify and approve the work deliverables.

We offer different tiers depending on your needs. For clients, packages include Free, Basic, Premium, and Pro levels with varying post limits. For talents, subscriptions allow higher bidding limits, featured rankings, and lower contract service fees.

All standard credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) are securely accepted online via Stripe. We also provide bank wire/transfer instructions for clients in selected regions, which can be uploaded for offline approval.

Absolutely. You can change your active tier or cancel autorenewal at any time through the Billing & Subscription tabs inside your dashboard. Changes to subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
